Corporate Event Production in Berkshire
Berkshire anchors a dense cluster of corporate venues — Thames Valley business parks, country-house hotels, and race-day hospitality — all within a narrow radius. VIVID provides conference, product-launch, and awards production across the county, with a technical approach built around venues we know well and a single project lead from brief through strike.
Why VIVID for corporate event production in Berkshire
Berkshire corporate organisers have an unusually strong venue mix to choose from: Ascot Racecourse and Coworth Park for hospitality-led events, Cliveden House and Stoke Park for private-estate conferences, De Vere Beaumont Estate and De Vere Wokefield Estate for larger-scale residential conferencing, and Highclere Castle or Easthampstead Park when the brand narrative benefits from a heritage setting. We supported the Aston Martin Owners Club meet at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club in 2024, handling logistics and audio-visual for a day that had to feel seamless from concierge arrival through to the closing photography — a useful reference for how we run corporate hospitality in the county. Kit scales with the brief: d&b audiotechnik for banqueting rooms, Robe and Ayrton fixtures where presentations demand it, and redundant video playback for any keynote element.
What we deliver
- Sound: d&b audiotechnik and RCF systems tuned to venue
- Lighting: Robe and Ayrton fixtures with operator on show-day
- Staging and set build — truss, decking, scenic backdrops
- Video and LED screens with redundant playback
- Event management and project coordination
- Rider-ready DJ and presenter audio packages
- Same-venue rehearsals and technical dry-runs
How we work
We deliver corporate events that read as considered rather than shouted. Clients come to VIVID when the brand reputation matters — when an audio glitch, a flickering pixel, or a slow room-reset would be felt across every attendee. Our approach is to over-engineer the technical so the creative can breathe. We work as an extension of the in-house team: one named project lead, transparent quoting, and equipment specified for the venue rather than upsold for the invoice.

Frequently asked
How far in advance should we book corporate event production?
For standard conferences and awards, 6-12 weeks lets us align the right kit, crew, and venue walkthrough. Product launches with custom scenic or LED builds benefit from 3-4 months. Short-notice work is possible — we'll tell you immediately what's feasible.
Do you handle venue liaison and tech specs?
Yes. We review the venue's technical specification, load-in access, power, and rigging points before quoting. You get a single point of contact from brief to strike.
Are you insured for corporate venues and conference centres?
Yes. Public liability cover and risk method statements are issued with every quote. Venue technical teams are briefed upfront and RAMS are supplied as standard.
Can you handle hybrid or livestreamed events?
Yes — broadcast-grade audio capture, multi-camera video, and dedicated stream operators. We scope the livestream stack alongside the in-room production so one doesn't compromise the other.
Can you work at Ascot Racecourse, Royal Berkshire Polo Club, or other Berkshire hospitality venues?
Yes. Our 2024 project with the Aston Martin Owners Club was at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club, and we regularly scope production for hospitality-led corporate events at racecourses and polo venues across the county.
Do you cover Reading, Newbury, and the wider M4 corridor?
Yes. Our Berkshire remit runs from Windsor and Ascot through Maidenhead, Reading, and down to Newbury, covering the main Thames Valley corporate venues.
