How we work
Private parties are where VIVID often gets the biggest creative latitude. We've transformed gardens into festival-scale stages, turned empty barns into private nightclubs, and built dance floors that rival venue install. The brief tends to be loose, the logistics tight, and the constraint is usually how to make it feel effortless on the night. We plan for the worst case — power, weather, noise curfews, neighbour management — so the host can stop thinking about production once the first guest arrives.

How do you handle sound restrictions and neighbours?
We scope noise curfews early, tune systems to the garden rather than over it, and can run multiple lower-volume zones rather than one loud one. Where a licence is needed we flag it.
Is there a minimum budget for a private party?
Production typically starts from around £5,000 for a small-scale setup with operator support, scaling up depending on scope. We'll scope it honestly against your brief on a short call.
Can you combine DJ, live music and technical production?
Yes — full DJ hardware packages, live-band backline, and hybrid setups are everyday work. We also book and supply talent through our talent roster when needed.
